M&E Upgrade at Ty Penallta Headquarters

Project Overview

The project’s main objective was to replace the core heating and cooling systems for the five-storey BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated Ty Penallta building, which serves as the headquarters for Caerphilly County Borough Council. The work took place within a live operational environment, so a key requirement was to complete the 50-week project with zero unplanned disruption to critical public services. As the principal contractor, we was responsible for the complete, hands-on delivery of the M&E upgrade. Our team demonstrated exceptional technical skill and project management in a sensitive public building.
